Committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, our vision extends beyond building. As we design, we strive to create more than just physical structures. We aim to generate positive impacts to its environment and enhance overall experiences for users. We ensured that Rajawali Place Redevelopment not only offers luxurious comfort and style but also fostering green building initiatives and incorporating its current urban context into the design.
Working closely with other team as local architect partner, our focus was to develop architectural designs up to its construction documents and extended to overseeing the construction stage to ensure intended design qualities, such as facade details, energy and water saving, and water recycling facilities.
Preserving the existing Hotel’s iconic 90s architectural style (currently St. Regis Jakarta, Rajawali Place now features new office tower, St. Regis Residences premium apartment tower, and retail area that connects the whole development. Located in Jakarta's business district, it offers convenient access to the new Dukuh Atas LRT Station and Dukuh Atas TOD Interchange.
These remarkable efforts has been recognized with BCA (Building & Construction Authority) Green Mark Gold Plus certification. It highlights the project's exceptional achievements in combining luxury with sustainable practices.
Together, we are shaping a greener future.
